Until today there are many vegetarian options in the market, however we can see rarely vegan fruit gums which could be seen as a real tasty alternative to well-known gummy candies with yoghurt or dairy ingredients. For the real taste experience we used specific yoghurt flavours. The basis of the formulation was pea proteins and pectin as a gelling agent.
