
10th AKRAS conference on beverage technology
On May 28–29, 2025, AKRAS once again hosted an exclusive seminar at the Anantara Palais Hansen in Vienna, Austria. Together with our guests and experts from the beverage industry, we enjoyed two inspiring days filled with technical presentations, innovation, and valuable networking opportunities.
This year, AKRAS Flavours presented four innovative beverage concepts that reflected current trends in functionality, enjoyment, and alcohol-free refreshments.
Particular interest was generated by the Collagen Water in the Grapefruit & Ginger flavor, enriched with marine collagen. The combination of refreshing citrus notes and subtle ginger spice created a functional beverage with a modern health-focused appeal.
Another highlight was the alcohol-free Mango Mojito Mocktail, offering a refreshing blend of exotic mango, fresh mint, and zesty lime for a true summer cocktail experience without alcohol.
In cooperation with EnviCan, two innovative juice beverages were also introduced. The fruity Apple & Strawberry Kids’ Drink impressed with its natural taste and was specially developed for younger consumers. It was complemented by a refreshing Juice Refresher with apple, pear, and quince, offering a well-balanced and pleasantly fruity flavor.
